S1 Management

Overview

The S1 Management Kelas Karyawan applies to SMA/SMK and Diploma alumni who are currently working and wish to continue their education to Bachelor’s level. This study program certified as B by BAN-PT based on 5088/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/IX/2020.

Vision

Organizing superior education programs in economics and business that meet international standards to prepare and produce future leaders who are professionals in business management, create and manage their own companies, or continue business management education. True knowledge, faith in Christ, and pious behaviour contribute to advancing knowledge and business practices and building the nation for God’s glory.

Mission

1. To equip students with the principles, techniques, and skills necessary to manage and lead business organizations in both management and entrepreneurial contexts.
2. To educate and equip students with an understanding of ethical, legal, and social responsibilities in the context of management and entrepreneurship.
3. To educate and equip students with the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and analyze and understand cross-disciplinary business practices in the context of management and entrepreneurship to provide solutions to business and entrepreneurial problems.
4. To educate and prepare students for careers as professionals in business management, creating and managing their businesses, or continuing their business management education to the next level.

Program Details

This program is designed with total duration of 3,5 years (for students from SMA/K) or 2 years (estimated for students from Diploma). The program has 4 concentrations:

1. Marketing, Retail and Innovation Management (LV, S)
2. Financial Management (S)
3. Human Resources Investment Management (LV, S)
4. International Business: Export and Import (LV)
